Memories Untold...

Every journey ends not just because we’ve reached our goal but to mark the beginning of a new one. When a door closes, we have to open a new one because life never stops, time never waits; it goes on and on leaving everything behind. On our way during our journey, we come across many people, places and things which makes a special place in us. And when we feel ourselves attached to something, parting becomes difficult. Here, I’m talking about my journey of life (which has just started!).I’ve only reached the first station; destination is yet far away!

I’m a teenage girl of 16 years and I’ve spent almost 14 years learning in a place which is second most special to me after my home. And that place is my School, ‘Fateh Public School’. I am a part of this school since 2003 (I was in nursery then) and I am proud to say it. Coming to these green valleys, breathing fresh air and looking at wonderful sceneries is the way with which my day starts. For the most of the years I took it all for granted; who knows that in today’s world not everyone have this affinity and I was the lucky one to deserve it. I was very small when I kept my first steps in this building with oceans of tears in my eyes. And today when I’m leaving, again I have waterfalls in my eyes. All I’ve noticed in myself, these years is that spending days learning here has moulded me into a better individual. I’ve learnt here the laws of Science, principles of Mathematics, rules of grammar and much more, but the best part; I have learnt here is to respect, save and preserve nature.

Ranthambhore is famous for its Tigers and rich history, and I feel blessed to have studied in a school whose founder was a legend, because Late Mr. Fateh Singh Rathore was a saviour of Tigers. Reading about his battle of life, makes me feel inspired and motivated. There are thousands of things which I can boast about my school, but it’s not possible here. For all these years I felt this building to be my second home and I’m greatly attached to it. Each and every speck of this campus lives within my heart. I’m not flattering; it’s just that I’m really proud to be an FPSian. Realising that I am a part of such a cheerful environment is the best feeling but having to accept the truth that I will no longer be able to be a part of it anymore is hard.

I want to thank all of my teachers to have believed in me and all of my friends to give me some very beautiful memories. It’s really hard to say goodbye to those corridors, to those bamboo trees, to those waterfalls, to those never ending lectures, to those music practices, to my special ‘bunny’, to founder’s day practices and the list goes on, it’s never ending. At last; Goodbye Fateh Public School. I will make you proud someday.
